What cannot be limited

Nothing on this page limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing here limits the implied warranty of merchantability, or any right your state's consumer protection law gives you, and any term that tried to do so would have no effect.

Using lifting equipment

The equipment sold here lifts and supports vehicles and engines. Every product page publishes the load rating its manufacturer publishes. Check that rating against the weight of your own vehicle or engine before you lift, follow the instructions supplied with the product, use it on level ground, and never work under a load supported by a jack alone. Where a product page and the manufacturer's own documentation disagree, the manufacturer's documentation governs and we would like to know about it.

Everything else

Subject to the two sections above, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with a product or with this website is limited to replacing the product, supplying an equivalent product, repairing it, or paying the cost of any of those. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Caruso Consulting Co Ltd against any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of a product, except to the extent the claim arises from our own act or omission.
