What we collect and why

To take and deliver an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address and phone number, and the items you bought. Payment card details are entered with our payment provider and never reach us.

If you consent, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. That sets a cookie. You can decline it in the cookie banner and nothing on the site stops working.

Who we share it with

Our payment providers, our carriers and our email provider, each only with what they need to do their job. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we have no advertising or retargeting tracker on this site.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years, so that we can answer a tax or warranty question about an order. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights

There is no single federal privacy law covering an online shop in the United States, so your rights depend on where you live. Whatever state you are in, you can email us and ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will answer within 30 days.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you those rights specifically, along with the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comparable statutes have equivalent rights and the same email reaches us.

Children

This shop is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
