EzyDrains Company America is run by a small team. There is no call centre script and no ticket queue: an email reaches the people who pick and pack the orders.

We answer seven days a week and aim to reply within one business day. Email theteam@ezydrains.com with your order number and the email address you used at the checkout, and we can find the order straight away.

The administration office is 4602 E Thomas Rd, Suite B4, Phoenix, AZ 85018, United States. It is an office rather than a shop, so there is nothing to visit.
