What delivery costs

Standard delivery is free across the United States on orders of $50 or more. The $50 is measured on the goods in your basket after any discount code. No sales tax is added, so the figure you see is the figure that counts.

An order under $50 pays a flat $15 for standard delivery, whatever is in it. The basket shows the charge before you pay, and tells you how much more would take the order to free delivery.

Every length of our linear shower drain is priced over $50, so a linear drain order ships free.

Express delivery

Express Delivery is offered on any order as a paid upgrade at $22. It replaces the standard charge, so an express order pays $22 in total for delivery, including where standard delivery would have been free. You choose at the checkout.

How long it takes

Orders are packed within 2 working days. Delivery is then up to 7 working days after dispatch within 2 working days. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel ships. If we cannot ship within that time we will tell you and offer you a cancellation and a refund, which is what the FTC mail order rule requires of us.

Outside the United States

We deliver to United States addresses only. The checkout offers one shipping zone, and delivery is usually up to 7 working days after dispatch. Any duties or import taxes are the customer's.

If something goes wrong

Email theteam@ezydrains.com with your order number. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged we replace it or refund it.
