Who you are contracting with

ezydrains.com is operated by Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, 1175 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30361, United States. When you place an order you are contracting with that company. You can reach us at theteam@ezydrains.com.

Orders and prices

Prices are in United States dollars. No sales tax is added at the checkout, so the price on the page is the price charged. Delivery is free across the United States on orders of $50 or more; below that the delivery option offered is Express Delivery at $22, which is also available on any order as a paid upgrade. Delivery is to United States addresses only.

An order is accepted when we email you a confirmation. If a product is mispriced or unavailable we will tell you and refund you in full rather than supply something different.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms takes away a right your own state's law gives you, including the implied warranty of merchantability and your state's consumer protection statute, or a right you have under the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. What we do about a faulty item and what our own change-of-mind policy costs are both set out on our refunds and returns page.
